Pregnancy Pilates Mondays 6:45pm-7:30pm

Pilates is one of the best methods for exercising while pregnant, and to regain strength afterwards. Pregnancy Pilates at Core Central offers women a workout which can effectively accommodate their needs during pregnancy. This program can make a woman feel stronger and decrease the chances of any physical complications occurring.
