Matwork Pilates
A clinical pilates matwork workout using body weight resistance. Classes focus on alignment whilst moving through functional movements, all performed with control to develop a strong centre. Sometimes using smaller equipment such as swiss balls, thera bands, dura discs or weighted soft balls. Classes are designed to develop core strength and body control. You'll build strength, increase flexibility and tone the entire body.

Barre
Barre Pilates is a fun, challenging and very effective combination class. Meshing Pilates, Yoga, resistance training and barre conditioning exercises. Tone & define your body whilst raising your heart rate with lyrical movement. This class is designed to tone your entire body & burn fat. Creating longer, leaner more defined muscles. Stretching throughout to gain flexibility.

Yoga- Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a mind-body movement practice that combines dynamic flow, strengthening and stretching techniques, conscious breathing, mindful awareness, and relaxation in a comprehensive practice that will improve strength, stamina, balance, mobility, posture and body awareness while reducing tension, stress, and poor postural habits.
